At THE RIG VR ARCADE, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your experience or need to cancel a booking, please review our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Booking Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hrs before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 Hrs of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Special Events: Tickets for special events or promotions are non-refundable.
  2. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
